Parking Reminder for Horizon Metro District
Horizon Metro District Residents,
As a reminder, we would like to reiterate our parking guidelines to ensure the safety and accessibility of our community.
Please be advised that cars are not permitted to park within the alley. Parking within the alley can obstruct traffic flow and emergency access, which could potentially create hazards for all residents.
Residents are welcome to park vehicles in their driveways, provided that the vehicle does not extend into the alley. This ensures that the alley remains clear for all purposes, including emergency and service vehicles.
We kindly ask that all residents adhere to this parking policy to maintain a safe and orderly environment for everyone.
Non-compliance with this policy may result in fines as outlined in the Covenant Enforcement Resolution. Fines will initially be set at $100, with the potential to increase to $300. Should the violation persist, the vehicles may be subject to towing.
