Copy of your plot plan. The plot plan is given to you by your builder and shows your property lines and your utility easement for your specific property. You should have received one at closing. If not, you can reach out to the builder or to the city.

For landscaping plans please include all ground materials, and plantings on the plan. Must be to-scale. Plans might need to be shown on a copy of your plot plan.
For patio requests please include how far it is from the side and rear property lines, and all measurements.
For plans that have already been installed, please include pictures of everything installed.
