The Horizon Metropolitan Districts were approved by the City of Aurora in 2005. The Districts are located on approximately 500 acres at the southwest corner of I-70 and E-470, with 6th Avenue on the south and Piccadilly Street on the west. The development is expected to consist of a mixed use community with residential, multifamily, retail, office, a proposed elementary school and park and recreation amenities. The Districts will be providing the necessary public improvements for the development.
Effective 02/01/2024 the District has a new management company, Pinnacle Consulting Group Inc. Please reach out with any questions at 970-617-2470 or by email at info@horizonmd.live.
