Landscaping Updates

The Metro District would like to provide residents with an update on the irrigation and landscaping on the Metro District Property.

Irrigation System: The irrigation system is currently being winterized, except for areas featuring new landscaping, which will remain irrigated until the end of this week.

October Landscaping: Our landscape crew will be on-site every other week.

November Landscaping: In November, the crew will continue their bi-monthly visits to pick up trash, and work on the Fall cleanup.
The Metro District is working with Brightview Landscaping to perform some end-of-season weed control in manicured courtyard lawns before the end of the month. Sod patching and replacement will occur in the spring of 2025.
